It is a pure and natural concentrate made from apples and pears harvested at perfect maturity in Swiss orchards. No added sugar, no additives. Slow transformation and prolonged cask maturation densify the aromas, make the texture more velvety and intensify the colour over the years.
You become the owner of one or more 30-litre casks of fruit essence, Apple or Cuvée. Each cask is numbered, vintage-dated and accompanied by an official storage certificate attesting to its existence and monitoring. Quantities are limited by vintage.
The barrels are kept in an environment specifically adapted to maturation, under regular supervision. Each cask benefits from complete traceability, quality controls at every stage of the maturation process, and insurance cover throughout the maturation period.
ESSENCE Reserve offers maturation horizons of 5, 7, 10 years or more, depending on your objectives. At maturity, you choose: delivery of your barrels to your home, extension of maturation, sale at market price, or transfer to future generations.
